You can avoid “No Refund” policy by paying full payment and avail same package for any other next vacant days as per Management choice.

• Carry authentic id proof like voter id, pan, passport, driving license for (Domestic Travelers).
• Passport & Visa for (International Travelers).
• Carry common medicines for cough, cold, stomach upset etc.
• Maintain silence when you are watching any animals.
• Always we require your utmost cooperation and we shall not be responsible for any unavoidable.

Dont's

• Sundarban is strictly a ‘NO PLASTIC’ zone. Mineral water plastic bottles, chips packets and plastic bags are strictly not allowed inside.
• Don’t play any sound system including loud speakers or shouting as it disturbs wild life and co-visitors thumb rule is that no one should go out of water craft.
• Hunting, fishing, damage to flora & habitat entry in core area and movement in non permitted forest locations is viewed as serious offence.
• Do not irritate the animals you see.
• Don’t pollute the pristine habitat by throwing anything out from the boat/Launch.
