Terms & Conditions

• 10% Senior Citizen Discount on Room Booking against valid documents.
• Rates do not include beverages and alcohol charges at destination.
• Rates do not include any extra food or beverage ordered not including the package.
• Outside food is not allowed in the Resort.
• Outsiders are not allowed without prior permission.
• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included ( Meals are fixed menu basis as per timing and schedule of the package).
• The rates indicated are per person on a sharing basis.
• Children from the age 05 - 09 years have to pay child rates.
• Children up till 04 years of age can travel free of cost and share the room / transfer seat/ boat seat with their parents.
• Single Occupancy supplement applicable.
• Room AC service will be off during conference or sightseeing or any such type of programme.
• 100% Advance before commencement of journey.
• Any damage to property is chargeable.
• We need time for any type of technical problem.
• All disputes subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
• Management will not be responsible for any mechanical fault/natural calamity.
• Management's decision and discretion will be final.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 25 days or more - 25%
• 20 days or more - 50%
• 10 days or more - 75%
• Less than 10 days - 100% (No Refund)

You can avoid “No Refund” policy by paying full payment and avail same package for any other next vacant days as per Management choice.
